Lou Temelkos – CEO of P.I.P.M.

A Career Legacy of Security, Integrity and Trust

lou carLou is a highly skilled and qualified security professional with over 29 years experience in the security industry. During his distinguished career, Mr. Temelkos gained extensive specialized experience in close protection and surveillance while working with one of Canada’s largest private security firms, under the instruction of a former British S.A.S. training Sergeant.

He has further enhanced his abilities through specialized security related education and extensive Martial Arts training. Mr. Temelkos specializes in security consulting, executive close protection, surveillance and training.

In his role as President of PIPM., Mr. Temelkos is responsible for managing and directing the firm’s corporate level security, which focuses on close protection, surveillance and training. His firm’s mandate is to enable companies to ensure exceptional protection of their people, property and information.

After graduating with a specialist degree from York University, Mr. Temelkos joined one of Canada’s largest private security organizations. While he was there he held the prominent positions of Account Security Manager, Close Protection Operative, Response Team Leader and was the company’s Defensive Tactics Instructor and Firearms Instructor. In addition Mr. Temelkos has owned and managed his own Martial Arts educational facility and has trained in the Martial Arts for over 37 years.

Mr. Temelkos was also the President and Co-founder of an established Security firm based in Toronto, Canada and was responsible for all the companies training requirements.

Since entering the protection field, Mr. Temelkos has provided close protection for celebrities, prominent Toronto business executives, South American diplomats, a European President, the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, The former Chief Defense Minister of Canada and functions attended by members of the British Royal Family and Head of State. He has done international security consulting in Europe. Mr. Temelkos has also been involved in training the Rapid Deployment Team, which was the only private tactical team responsible for national security of the Bruce Nuclear Power Plant.

Mr. Temelkos was also assistant director for the 2006 Bilderberg Conference in Ottawa as well as being involved in consulting and managing the security for the Ontario Government for a number of their events and Conferences. Mr. Temelkos was also responsible for the personal protection of Bill Gates during the 2006 Aids Conference in Toronto.

As President of PIPM, Mr. Temelkos personally directs the delivery of all corporate services. Through security assessment consultations, the preparation and development of crisis management plans, client staff training and personal self-defense training he ensures that his clients have the security protection they require.

With over 15 years as the Executive Director of Operations and Lou Temelkos’ trusted right hand, Jennifer is the driving force behind the daily and strategic operations of P.I.P.M.’s elite security, investigation, and close protection services. Her extensive background in law, psychology, and finance enables her to lead with precision, depth, and unwavering professionalism.

Jennifer brings frontline experience to every role she leads. From close protection for high-profile clients in business and entertainment, to coordinating victim response units for heinous crimes, she has spent years navigating high-stakes environments with composure and integrity. She has also served as a dedicated court advocate for children and youth who’ve endured extreme trauma, providing not only protection but stability and strength during critical testimony.

Known for her advanced martial arts and Muay Thai background, Jennifer’s physical capability is matched by a calm command presence and strategic intelligence. Rebecca – Corporate Human Resources

HR Specialist | Operations Anchor | Staff Support Champion

Rebecca is the backbone of P.I.P.M.’s internal operations, overseeing every detail of our corporate human resources with precision, reliability, and heart. With a formal education in Business and Human Resources, and years of experience managing HR departments ranging from small teams of 2 to complex operations with over 100 staff, Rebecca brings both big-picture strategy and on-the-ground support to the role.

She handles everything from onboarding new employees to managing payroll, timesheets, employee records, scheduling, and holiday tracking. Whether it’s issuing offer letters, drafting contracts, responding to internal emails and calls, or resolving staffing needs quickly and professionally—Rebecca is always ten steps ahead. She ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

Known for her organization, dependability, and deep care for the team, Rebecca is the go-to for anything HR-related. Her work ensures that every staff member feels supported, informed, and valued. Sanjeet brings a powerful blend of field experience, discipline, and relational leadership to his role as Field Manager at P.I.P.M. With a background in business and frontline security, he has spent years protecting people and property in high-pressure environments—earning the respect of clients, staff, and peers alike.

A former Olympic-level Jiu-Jitsu champion, Sanjeet is as physically capable as he is mentally sharp. He speaks four languages fluently, which makes him a versatile and invaluable asset in diverse settings and multicultural teams. His ability to connect across barriers—linguistic or otherwise—adds a layer of communication excellence to P.I.P.M.’s frontline operations.
